BusinessGrowthNewOrleans.com is the online home of a New Orleans executive business coach providing leadership development, accountability coaching, strategic planning, and systems and processes support for companies across Greater New Orleans, including Metairie, Kenner, the Northshore, and Baton Rouge.
When you submit a form (e.g., “Talk to Julie,” fit meeting requests, Gut Check inquiries), we collect your name, email, phone, company, role, and your message to respond to your request and deliver business coaching services in New Orleans and the surrounding region.
If you book a consultation, we collect details needed to schedule and prepare for the session (time zone, availability, notes). This supports local executive coaching and leadership development services.
If comments are enabled, we collect the data shown in the comment form, your IP address, and browser user agent to help spam detection. An anonymized string from your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it; see Gravatar’s privacy policy for details. After approval, your profile image may appear next to your comment.
If you upload images, avoid files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.
We use cookies to improve site performance and remember preferences:
We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and may use advertising platforms to understand site usage and measure the effectiveness of New Orleans business coaching content. These tools may set cookies or collect device data, IP address, and usage patterns. You can opt out of many analytics/ads cookies via your browser or platform opt-outs.
Articles may include embedded content (videos, images, posts). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other site and may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction per that site’s policy.
When applicable, we process data based on consent, contract necessity (to provide requested services), legitimate interests (site security, improvement, local service delivery), and legal obligations.
We share data with trusted vendors who help operate the site and services (hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, spam detection). They process data under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
If we undergo a reorganization or transfer, your information may be part of the transferred assets subject to this Policy.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. This excludes data we must keep for legal, security, or administrative purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use caution when sharing personal information online.
Our services target business owners and executives. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to remove it.
